4 Feet Running
She's Nik: a marathon runner who's working on her fifth 26.2-miler. He's Dan: a beginning runner who finished the C25K program and is working toward a 10K. Every week, they record themselves on a short run somewhere in New England (mostly), talk about their training, play some music, and have a few laughs.
Which do you want first, the bad news or the good news? 4 Feet Running has both this week:

- Nik and Dan go for a 4.5-miler through their neighborhood

- They have the best running geek week ever, with Runner+ back, a newish Garmin, and challenges on Buckeye Outdoors

- They have a terrible geek week also, as Nik's MacBook Pro lapses into a coma

- Nik and Dan check out treadmills and do really, really long intervals through stores across southern New England

- Reading treadmill reviews is very confusing, but they make the best of it

- Nik and Dan have some goals in mind they'll work toward with or without a hamster wheel

- They get feedback from some very nice people

It's the 20th episode of 4 Feet Running!  Hooray!  This week:

  - Start spreading the news: Nik and Dan run for 2 miles through New York City's Central Park

  - They talk about their friend who literally ran away and joined the circus

  - Nik feels better after a nasty cold left her in shambles after last week's marathon

  - Dan's shoes announce their retirement

  - They weigh the merits (culture) and demerits (cost) of living in Manhattan

  - Nik and Dan wonder aloud exactly how tall Arnold Schwarzenegger is, given how much controversy there is on the subject

 - Other oddities seen: Cirque du Soleil contortionists and ladies in fur coats drinking mimosas well before noon
